Please note that there are COVID-19 delays on all orders. USPS has stated that there will be delays and cannot guarantee order shipping times. That being said, we offer full refunds for any order that does not arrive within 30 days.

We do not accept refunds if your order has not arrived and is still within the delivery time + processing time. We ask that you read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Once you have placed your order, we need to process it, pack it, postage it and then deliver it to the shipping company. This process takes 1-4 business days, depending on the number of orders placed on the same day as yours.

Once your order has reached the shipping company, it will be delivered within the following time frame.

United States and Canada: 7-15 days

Australia: 7 - 15 days

New Zealand: 8 - 15 days.

Europe: 8 - 15 days

Latin America: 10 - 20 days

Other countries: 12 - 20 days

PRIORITY INSURED AND TRACKED SHIPPING: This option puts your order at the top of the list and reduces the "processing time". It does not change the shipping time indicated above.
